Together these two residences comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests in 12 bedrooms. Expansive living areas, both inside and out, provide plenty of space for everyone to gather or find a quiet spot for privacy. The floorplans of the residences are similar, yet each residence boasts its own unique character.

Experience a vacation like no other in Steamboat Springs at The Porches. Offering spacious four and five bedroom units. Every bedroom even has its very own private bathroom, and most of our units feature 3 fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable dining room. There are flat screen TV’s in many of the rooms along with multiple DVD and CD players, and a large 50” flat screen TV in the lower level living room. Our largest unit has vaulted ceilings in the main floor living area. Every townhome also features a pool table, a foosball table, or both, as well as complimentary wireless internet access.

Cascades at Eagle Ridge are vacation townhomes offering fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, and roomy living areas. In addition to private decks, there are spectacular views of the ski area. These townhomes are walking distance to the gondola base area via a paved path. Each unit has a 2-car garage, and there is shuttle service for this property during the winter only. There are also two hot tubs shared by the complex.

With a mix of rustic and contemporary interior design, sweeping views of the Yampa Valley, and a deck that wraps around the entire main level with French doors out from every room, Apex Lodge North is the perfect mountain vacation home. This newly remodeled home is ideally located on the prestigious Ski Trail Lane just minutes from the resort base area. There is a heated walkway to an advanced ski run in winter and to the mountain hiking trails in summer.

Elkstone Chalet is a delightful and luxurious townhome located close to the ski mountain village. Beautifully furnished throughout with many recent upgrades, this home is spread out over multiple levels offering space and privacy for everyone. There is a mountain or valley view from almost every window. The cozy media room offers a large 65" flat screen TV and sound bar to take movie night to another level or enjoy games on the Xbox. Also included is a game room with foosball. Step out on the deck to take in the view and enjoy the sunset with your favorite cocktail. The gas BBQ makes it easy to grill out. The private outdoor hot tub on the patio is the ultimate retreat to relax and unwind. If you bring a car you have access to the heated 2-car garage that also includes boot warmers and lockers for skis, snowboards and gear. The laundry with washer and dryer makes it easy to keep luggage to a minimum.

The Trails at Storm Meadows maintain a quieter, more secluded atmosphere just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. Guests enjoy ski access trails leading to all base area lifts, with easy routes back home from the main runs. These beautiful condominiums offer spectacular views of the Yampa Valley and the Steamboat ski slopes from a large private balcony. A private scheduled shuttle to the ski area base and downtown is also available to guests at The Trails.

On Steamboat's prestigious Ski Trail Lane, Apex Lodge South is a mountain paradise with fantastic views and plenty of space. Packed with bonus amenities including a fitness room, private office, billiards, hot tub, and an incredible home theatre, this luxury home has something for everyone. Enjoy this free shuttle for a quick zip to the ski slopes in winter or walk out the door to hiking trails in summer.

Saddle Creek Townhomes feature vaulted ceilings and large spacious living areas. All Saddle Creek Townhomes come equipped with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, private garage, washer/dryer and a private deck. These townhomes are located in a nice, quiet residential area near the mountain village. The free city shuttle stops very close to the property, allowing for easy access to Steamboat's slopes.

These lodge-style townhomes overlook Burgess Creek and are within walking distance of the Steamboat ski area base. Waterstone is a year-round mountain retreat in a mountain village setting. These furnished townhomes offer multi-level floor plans and plenty of space to relax. Waterstone townhomes include a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, private deck/patio, washer/dryer, high-speed internet, private one-car garage parking and ski lockers. The complex offers a community outdoor pool and hot tub, and provides complimentary on-call guest shuttle service during ski season.

Located alongside the Right-O-Way beginner ski trail, this warm and inviting 1,800 square foot, 4-bedroom, 3 bath townhome provides easy access on and off the mountain. The central focus in the open plan living area is the wood-burning fireplace. Comfortable seating surrounds the fireplace and a large flat screen TV makes it the perfect place to relax or talk about the adventures of the day. The chalet comes with everything you will need, including, washer/dryer, plush bath towels and robes, wireless internet and cable TV. Sleeping arrangements include a king-bedded master bedroom, a second bedroom that can be made up either with 2 twins or a king bed, a third bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds, and a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds. When you are ready to explore Steamboat you can have the shuttle take you the mountain village, downtown or to the grocery store if needed during the winter. Throughout the year, you can use the community pool, hot tubs and gym.
