For those who prefer watching this end-of-the-day ritual from the solace of the indoors, the great room windows stretch practically from the floor to the peaked cathedral ceiling. The sitting area on the top floor overlooks the great room and is a perfect spot for admiring the exposed timber beams and trusses as well as the gorgeous sunsets. Sun Ridge was built to give its occupants a rugged mountain cabin feel without sacrificing elegance and luxury. Among the many treats is a surround sound system that will allow music to follow you wherever you go. Just off the great room is a professional kitchen complete with a Wolf gas range and Sub Zero refrigerator. Two long, parallel islands allow plentiful room for seating or prepping for the evening meal. The dining table seats 10 with four more places at the bar. This home has five bedrooms and oodles of space for kids and adults to relax in their own space or gather together. Enjoy a game of pool or the PlayStation 3 system (includes video games) in the recreation room or a game of ping-pong in the garage. The wet bar allows for pre and post dinner entertaining and of course no home of this caliber would be complete without its own hot tub and view of the Steamboat ski area. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need to dine and entertain at home. The dining table seats up to 10. Set adjacent to the kitchen, you can enjoy delicious meals together to recap the adventures of the day on the mountain. A large deck opens off the living room for outdoor grilling and enjoyment of the panoramic views before you. On the main level the master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds and an adjacent private bath. On the upper level there are two king bedrooms that share a hallway bath. On the lower level there is one queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks that share a full bath. The chalet also offers a large steam room, and private outdoor hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing and snowboarding. On the lower level the rec room, also with wood-burning fireplace, provides an additional living area with a TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Senner Chalet provides one heated garage parking space with ample driveway parking for 3 – 4 more vehicles if need be, although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.

Peaks Grande Chalet offers 8 bedrooms with bedding options to sleep up to 23 guests. The master bedrooms have a king bed and a large ensuite private bathroom. The guest masters, also with private bath, offer a queen bed and a split-king bed respectively . Each home offers a bunk rooms with multiple beds. The fourth bedroom offers the option of a king or two twin beds and two double beds. The media room in each home has a queen sleeper sofa. All bedrooms include flat screen TV's, and smart TVs are in the great room, media room and two guest suites with Wifi. Sunshine Peak also offers an optional roll-away twin bed and a pack 'n play. The hot tubs on the outdoor decks are the ideal place to soak away your day on the ski trails. Enjoy a Netflix movie, a 3D Blu-Ray movie or play games on the Wii in the media room. The in-home Sonos audio system in Sunshine Peak provides an unlimited streaming music library all controlled through an I-phone or I-pad throughout. This exclusive mountain duplex is just 100 yards from the ski slopes. One side of the duplex has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths; the other side has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Each half-duplex has its own private outdoor hot tub, sauna, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, and 2-car garage. On-call shuttle service is available during winter months at this property. If guests opt to bring a car, 4- wheel drive is recommended in the winter due to the steep driveway. Each side of the duplex can be rented independently, or both sides can be rented together.

The Villa at Steamboat is a luxury mountain home (half of a duplex) located between the Sheraton Golf Course and Steamboat Ski Area. Perfect for winter or summer vacations, the Villa is well suited for large groups providing privacy and comfort.
