The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. The cozy great room allows you to relax by the huge stone fireplace while taking in views of Steamboat’s slopes and opens into shared dining and kitchen areas. A chef’s delight, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and includes granite counters, Wolf gas range and large center island with seating for four. Adjoining in the dining area are seats for eight and a wall of windows looking out to Steamboat Mountain. Down the hall, the media room offers the perfect spot to curl up and watch a movie after a day outdoors. The four bedrooms of Storm Peak Chalet, all with private bathrooms, will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The master suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, spacious en suite with dual vanities and a private balcony. The guest master with private bath offers a choice of a king bed or can be set up with two twin beds. In the third and fourth guest rooms you’ll find a set of double bunk beds and two double beds. For additional sleep space, the media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa. Complimentary private shuttle is included for convenient and speedy access to the ski trails.

Ski Ranch Condominiums offer spacious and affordable 1 and 2 bedroom condos, each with a full kitchen, wood fireplace and private deck to enjoy the sun. This remarkable 9,000 square foot luxury home offers 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and will comfortably sleep 16 individuals. A custom-made spiral staircase leads you to the upper deck which is made for year-round enjoying with a hot tub, wet bar, fireplace and seating to enjoy the Flat Top Mountain views from. There is a fully equipped professional kitchen with top of the line appliances and custom granite. A circular dining table seats 14 people and there is an additional breakfast table that will accommodate 10 guests. The sports bar and recreation room are a great way to entertain yourselves off of the slopes with a shuffle board table, pool table, poker table and plasma TV. There is an additional family room on the lower level with another flat screen TV and multiple video game systems to entertain the younger members of the group. Better yet, host a movie night in the state of the art movie theater! And if you have any energy left in those muscles after a long day on the slopes, then shoot some hoops in the indoor court!

This 4,600 square foot chalet comfortably sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The great room offers spectacular mountain views with a covered deck as well as leather sofas situated in front of the large fireplace and 45” plasma TV. The dining area seats 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with the finest appliances from Wolf and SubZero. The rec room on the lower level provides great fun for the whole family with a 50” big screen TV with surround sound, Playstation 2 video games and a pool table. Dry off your boots and store your skis in the nearby mudroom that includes a boot dryer and storage cupboards for all of your ski equipment.
