If guests opt to bring a car, 4- wheel drive is recommended in the winter due to the steep driveway. Each side of the duplex can be rented independently, or both sides can be rented together.

Conveniently located in the Ski Time Square area, the Kutuk Condominiums boast a great location at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Each condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, living area with gas fireplace, a shared balcony and spacious bedrooms. Complimentary WiFi and parking is included. Kutuk has a giant sundeck with beautiful views. This is where most of the amenities are located, including two outdoor hot tubs, a BBQ area, ski lockers, and a fire pit. The property also sits along Burgess Creek, making it a serene summertime retreat. There is a large underground parking structure but with its great location within walking distance to the slopes, restaurants and shops, a car is not a necessity.
