Experience a vacation like no other in Steamboat Springs at The Porches. Offering spacious four and five bedroom units. Every bedroom even has its very own private bathroom, and most of our units feature 3 fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable dining room. There are flat screen TV’s in many of the rooms along with multiple DVD and CD players, and a large 50” flat screen TV in the lower level living room. Our largest unit has vaulted ceilings in the main floor living area. Every townhome also features a pool table, a foosball table, or both, as well as complimentary wireless internet access.

Skyfall Ridge at Edgemont offers spectacular ski access to Steamboat’s mountain and a relaxing private setting for a family or couples ski trip. This stylishly appointed two bedroom residence at Edgemont offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access and great views of the ski mountain and the pristine Yampa Valley. Mountain living is at its best relaxing before a fireplace after a day of adventure on skis. Skyfall Ridge invites you to do just that with a native Colorado sandstone fireplace providing the perfect setting as the alpenglow lights up the snowy views around you. The fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining at home a cinch. For meals together there is seating for 6 at the dining room table and an additional 3 at the kitchen bar. Both bedrooms offer private bathrooms. The master offers a King bed with fireplace. The second bedroom offers two full bunk beds. Edgemont's on-site amenities include a fabulous heated outdoor pool and hot tub with great views down the mountain. The outdoor fire pit is a natural gathering place and kids will delight here in s'mores and hot chocolate. Ski access could not be much easier with a slope side ski locker room. Here you can dry off and conveniently store your equipment in your private ski locker with enclosed boot warmer. If you need to push yourself a little more, there is exercise equipment onsite.

Sun Ridge Lodge is named for its ideal location on a ridge overlooking the sun's final path as it sets in the Yampa Valley. Guests cannot escape the beckoning of the sunset waiting to be enjoyed from the plush sofa on the covered deck in front of the outdoor, gas fireplace. You can also enjoy the afternoon Alpenglow on the ski mountain from the rear of the lodge, or better yet, the hot tub. For those who prefer watching this end-of-the-day ritual from the solace of the indoors, the great room windows stretch practically from the floor to the peaked cathedral ceiling. The sitting area on the top floor overlooks the great room and is a perfect spot for admiring the exposed timber beams and trusses as well as the gorgeous sunsets. Sun Ridge was built to give its occupants a rugged mountain cabin feel without sacrificing elegance and luxury. Among the many treats is a surround sound system that will allow music to follow you wherever you go. Just off the great room is a professional kitchen complete with a Wolf gas range and Sub Zero refrigerator. Two long, parallel islands allow plentiful room for seating or prepping for the evening meal. The dining table seats 10 with four more places at the bar. This home has five bedrooms and oodles of space for kids and adults to relax in their own space or gather together. There is a stacked stone fireplace to keep everyone warm and cozy while enjoying the 65" flat screen TV or just each other’s company. The upstairs is dedicated to a large master suite. The suite includes a large bedroom, with king bed and a private terrace where you can relax outside in the summer. There is also a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and spacious shower. Downstairs is where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The guest master has a king bed and the third offers a set of twin bunks with a twin trundle bed and a queen bed to sleep up to five guests. All bedrooms have their own TV. The home offers everything you would expect from a modern house including, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, plush towels and comfortable bath robes.
