The new Limelight Hotel brings its warm hospitality style and famous Lounge to the heart of Snowmass Village. The 99-guestroom hotel features the same laid-back luxury that made the Limelight Hotels in Aspen, Colorado and Ketchum, Idaho famous (with a dash of family-centric fun to make it uniquely Snowmass). The new hotel features an ice rink, climbing wall, and ski-in/ski-out access to create the perfect mountain basecamp. Located at 8,683 feet in the Colorado Rockies Elk Mountain Range, the Timberline Condominiums provide a central location for outdoor winter adventures. Situated right next to Snowmass’ 3,128 acres of skiing and snowboarding, the ski-in/ski-out Timberline provides spacious condos and all the comforts of home. The Timberline consists of 88 individually owned and tastefully decorated condominiums which offer many different bedding arrangements, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace (except studios) and balcony or deck. Studios have efficiency kitchens. Relax in the slopeside pool and hot tubs, and enjoy dining at the on-site restaurant, The Edge Restaurant & Bar. The Timberline is the perfect location for a weekend getaway, a week-long trip with friends and family, a Rocky Mountain wedding or family gathering. Summer 2025 Construction Mon-Fri 9am-5pm that is visual and will have noise, different entrance on side of Main Lodge, all amenities still available. Rates have been discounted and full refunds will be given if guests choose not to stay due to construction.

The Woodrun V Townhomes combine excellent location with beautifully designed and spacious accommodations. Located on Snowmass ski area's main run, Woodrun V offers ski -in/ski- out access in some units; all townhomes are within 212 yards of the ski access. Each townhome offers a gourmet kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. Guests of the Woodrun V also have access to an outdoor heated pool and two outdoor hot tubs.

The Terracehouse offers comfortable and cozy condos centrally located in Snowmass Village. They are a short walk from the ski slope and one level below the Snowmass Village Mall Condos each have a full kitchen and gas fireplace. Property amenities include heated walkways, ski lockers, and a shared outdoor hot tub.

Favorably located at the base of Assay Hill near Snowmass Base Village and the Elk Camp Gondola, The Enclave provides easy ski-in, ski-out access to both Assay Hill and Fanny Hill. This spacious property with elevator access offers two, three and four bedroom accommodations with fully equipped kitchens, microwave ovens, in-unit washer/dryers, and complimentary wireless internet access. Lush landscaping surrounds the heated pool and spacious hot tub. An on-site fitness room and meeting facilities to accommodate up to 40 people are available to guests. Individual ski lockers are located steps from the ski slope. The Willows Condominiums are located near the ski slopes, 200 yards from the ski lifts and within walking distance of the Snowmass Village Plaza, for fabulous shopping and dining. The Willows offers the comforts and convenience of home with the amenities of a hotel. Studios include efficiency kitchens and two bedroom units have a full kitchen. Willows condominium guests may use the pool and hot tub at the Pokolodi, located next door. Transportation via the Village shuttle provides easy access to the Snowmass Village Mall and Aspen-Snowmass ski.
