Staying on Deer Valley Drive is the most sought -after lodging location in the city! Unit B, at 365 DV Drive boasts 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps a total of 12 people. Entering this condo through the garage on the 1st floor, is your ski clothing and ski drop-off area before heading upstairs to contemporary mountain comfort. On this first floor is a queen bedroom with separate full bath. On the second floor is the main living space, full kitchen with granite counter tops, oversize, large sectional sofa, large wall mounted television set and wet-bar. Also on this floor is the private theatre room which seats seven comfortably in oversized theatre chairs. Heading up to the third floor will access 3 additional bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a single queen. Also on this floor is a full bath and gaming space on an open balcony overseeing the main living space down below where a foosball table and poker table provide great all-day entertainment! The master bedroom with ensuite bath is on the 4th floor, oversized tub, wall mounted television set and seating area and deck with views overseeing Deer Valley Drive. While this deck is completely enclosed and keeps out extreme weather, it is not heated. Overall, this mountain contemporary property is excellent for multiple families, with or without children, providing great community space and separation space when needed. Park your car indoors, hit the bus stop directly across the street to the winter slopes at Deer Valley or the summer outdoor concert series. Walk a brief 7 minutes on shoveled sidewalks to the hustle and bustle of Park City to visit its many attractions or meet your friends at a local watering hole to share your daily experiences!

Silver Horse at The Colony

Welcome to Silver Horse, a striking modern retreat in the prestigious, gated community of The Colony in Park City. This 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom ski-in ski-out estate is where refined luxury meets mountain adventure, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests.

Resort Plaza

Resort Plaza Condominiums offer a convenient ski-in, ski-out location at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are located just one-half mile from Park City’s Main Street. Comprised of three buildings, Resort Plaza condominiums offer underground parking with elevator access, and an off- site swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility. The surrounding plaza area offers a variety of shops and restaurants. Park City’s free city-wide bus service is easily accessible from the Resort Plaza Condominiums.

Old Town Retreat Home

Old Town Retreat is a large private home, ideally located near the heart of historic Park City, just blocks to Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. This is a spacious property, great for family reunions or small groups. The king master bedroom offers a fireplace, flat screen TV, balcony deck and private bathroom. One guestroom has a twin bed plus twin bunks. The other three guestrooms offer a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper. There are three living rooms, a full kitchen with dining for 8 plus 3 bar stools, wood burning fireplace, air-conditioning, washer & dryer, private year-round hot tub, and complimentary wi-fi.

1115 Lowell Avenue

1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.
