1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

Located within Park City’s Canyons Village a short walk takes you to restaurants, shops, golf (scenic Canyons Golf course), the Red Pine Gondola (skiing/boarding during winter, scenic gondola rides, hiking and lift served mountain biking during summer), festivities / events / concerts, ski shop / ski rental and apres ski in winter, and more.

This home is in a prime location on quaint Norfolk Avenue, which is a 3 minute walk to the Town ski run, a 5 minute walk to historic Main Street and a 7-8 minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort. The home includes restored vintage hardwood floors, an outdoor hot tub and wood-burning stove, making for a welcome retreat after a long day of skiing or hiking. There’s a California king in the master bedroom, one queen and two twin beds in each of the lower bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the den/media room. Guests can use dedicated, off-street parking for up to two cars.
