These spacious, comfortable condos are located in Keystone's original village where the atmosphere is festive year round, and activities happen just outside your doorstep. Black Bear Lodge Condos are located in the heart of Keystone’s River Run Village, just 100 yards to the ski slopes. Restaurants and shops are just a few steps away. Amenities at Black Bear Lodge include outdoor hot tubs, a steam room, sauna, fire pit and bbq grills. There is also a pool table in the common area, a fitness room, ski lockers and two laundry rooms for guest use. A heated underground parking garage means that you won’t be scraping ice off your car, although for this central a location, a car is not necessary. During summer season, River Run Village is a hub for activities and festivals.

Independence Lodge is a newly built 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Breckenridge home that sleeps 14. Outdoor lovers will enjoy the nearby access to Dercum Mountain’s biking, skiing, and hiking trails. Multiple living spaces and dual primary bedrooms make this home the ideal getaway for multiple families or large groups.
