There’s no need for a car as the complimentary town shuttle stops right outside the property.

Located in Lower Deer Valley, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath tri-level Lakeside end unit has mountain and lake views. It is approximately 2,883 square feet in size. The main level, which is up two short flights of stairs, has an open concept family room and kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
