Located in Lower Deer Valley, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath tri-level Lakeside end unit has mountain and lake views. It is approximately 2,883 square feet in size. The main level, which is up two short flights of stairs, has an open concept family room and kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Behind the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace with gas assist. These rooms have access to a wrap-around deck, with great lake and mountain views. The condo has a 2-car garage and laundry room. There is a community pool and hot tub, open summer and winter only. The free City Bus stops about 2 blocks away.

La Maconnerie is a small subdivision of luxury townhomes in the Lower Deer Valley resort area. They are located slope side, just above the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, with ski-in/out access to the Success ski run and great views of the ski runs at Deer Valley. These are highly sought after vacation rentals with tons of space and high-end finishes. Townhomes include private outdoor hot tubs, 2-car garages and laundry facilities. There is also a summer season pool for the complex.
