Groups and families love the Plaza for its convenient location just 100 yards from the ski area's main lift, the Silver Queen. In one short walk, guests can hit the slopes or take in the action at the base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Kids love the Adventure Center (mini-golf or rock climbing, anyone?), and parents love the shops and base area restaurants. The Plaza is also unique for its condominium setting with hotel-style services. Spacious two- and three- bedroom suites include everything you need to be independent, while on-site check-in, a restaurant and bar, covered parking and two hot tubs provide all the benefits of a hotel. The Plaza is currently undergoing construction and there will be no access to balconies during this time.

Perched higher up on the hillside than any other condo complex, Columbine offers true ski-in/ski-out convenience coupled with some of the best views on the mountain. The Crested Mountain North condominiums are situated just 70 yards from the slopes of Crested Butte Mountain. The complimentary town shuttle stops just a block away and is available to take you to downtown Crested Butte, year round. These townhome-style units feature private entrances and full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, wi-fi and a private balcony.

The Emmons location is a skier's dream. You couldn't be more centrally located to lifts, shops, restaurants, ski school, children's center, and more. The condominiums are fully equipped and furnished. In addition each unit has a balcony, kitchen, cable TV with HBO and private phones. If you choose to stay in the summer you step out your door and get right on the hiking and biking trails, or ride the lift up the mountain for a picnic with your mountain bike if you'd like!

The Paradise Condos are a short shuttle ride to the base area and lifts. Each condo has a private washer/dryer, balcony and beautiful western views of the Elk Mountain Range. This property has a shared outdoor hot tub and is an economical choice for groups and families.

Black Bear Lodge is a condominium resort located a short walking distance from the West Wall lift at the base of Crested Butte Mountain. Each two, three or four bedroom condominium is decorated in the popular rustic mountain luxury style with lots of slate, granite and exposed lodge pole beams. Building amenities include an outdoor hot tub with down-valley views, ski storage lockers, elevator, wi-fi, underground parking garage and heated sidewalks. Summer visitors will appreciate the easy access to trails and other activities.

Located 50 yards from the main chair lifts, Redstone condominiums are situated next to base area shopping and dining. Catch the free shuttle, just across the street, if you'd like to head to downtown Crested Butte. Inside, units have open floor plans, generous square footage, private balconies, cozy fireplaces and full kitchens. After a day of play, relax in one of Redstone's two hot tubs located on each side of the complex.

The Chateaux makes family or group travel an absolute breeze. Winter visitors enjoy splashing around in the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, even as the flakes fall. Summer mountain bikers can rinse off their wheels at the complimentary bike wash station on-site. Condos range from one to four bedrooms and are furnished with a wood-burning fireplace, private deck and full kitchen. For those wishing to get to town or the base area, the complimentary shuttle stops by in summer and winter every 15-20 minutes. Common laundry facilities are located on the second floor of each building.

Mountain Sunrise is located on Crested Butte Mountain adjacent to the ski area. Located on the hillside and east facing, you’ll have spectacular mountain views.
