Beaver Run Resort

Boasting a long list of world-class amenities and convenient access to the slopes, Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is one of Breckenridge’s most popular properties. This ski-in/ski-out property is located on the ski run above the base of Peak 9, making it an excellent choice for the skier or snowboarder looking to get as much time on the slopes as possible. Beaver Run Resort offers a variety of amenities including an indoor/outdoor heated pool, a second outdoor pool, seven outdoor hot tubs, an exercise room, video arcade, retail stores, mini market/deli, bars and restaurants, ski and snowboard rental shops, business center, and complimentary in-town shuttle.

Breck Haus

Located on a sunny lot just a few blocks from Breck’s iconic Main Street sits The Breck Haus, a 5,186 square foot vacation home designed to deliver a spectacular experience. Guests will revel in the modern décor, large bedrooms, and plenty of space for the whole family – even the four-legged family members. Featured amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, chef’s kitchen, expansive deck, private office, and den with billiards, ping pong, and air hockey. The warm and welcoming great room sits at the heart of the home and enjoys wooded and mountain views through the expansive windows, under a vaulted ceiling with a gas-burning fireplace and beautiful rock hearth. The chefs of the group will be delighted with the well-appointed kitchen offering a six-burner gas cooktop, double ovens, granite countertops, and island seating. An adjacent breakfast nook with large windows and mountain views is a perfect place to sip your coffee while planning the day’s exciting adventures. The huge deck, perfectly suited for entertaining and relaxing sits outside the kitchen and great room and features a grilling area, lots of comfortable seating, and a private outdoor hot tub. Just off the kitchen and great room is the dining room with a large dining table and seating for 10 to 12. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island and breakfast nook – perfect for the kids. The main level is also host to one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a mudroom, offering storage for all your cold-weather gear plus the washer and dryer and large sink. Finally, a private office is situated in the front corner of the home, beside the front door, and offers a bright and quiet place to tend to any work while on vacation. Follow the round staircase to the upper level where you’ll find the spacious primary suite, one queen bedroom suite, and two king bedrooms with Jack-and-Jill shared bath. All bedrooms feature TVs and luxury linens. Head down to the lower level for entertainment options galore. Billiards, ping pong, and air hockey will surely stir up some friendly competition. A wet bar with microwave, bar fridge and sink for all your snacks and beverages. Summit at Shockhill

Tucked in the trees, Alpenglow Peaks Lodge provides privacy with magnificent views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Decorated in Colorado western and native American style with lots of stone and wood finishes, this is Colorado living at its best. This 4,485 square foot, 6 bedroom 4.5 bath home sits on 2 private acres, about a 12 minute drive from Breckenridge. The home features an open floor plan, beautiful hardwood floors, a stone gas fireplace in the living area, and a large secluded deck with private outdoor hot tub and wonderful mountain views. A washer/dryer and 2-bay garage are available for your convenience. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during winter months.

Summer showcases the beauty of this 9-acre retreat, with moose, deer, and other wildlife sightings common from the steps of this home, in addition to incredible mountain views and fishing within 25 feet of your doorstep. Endless National Park trails are within walking distance, creating a special getaway that is hard to find anywhere else. There is complimentary shuttle service for this luxury vacation home from mid-November through mid-April.

Chalet du Soleil

Chalet du Soleil is a magnificent example of a luxurious Colorado mountain ski home with a distinctive European provincial flair. This luxury 8,700 square foot home has 8 bedrooms and 6.5 baths and sits on a private 2.5 acre lot in the exclusive Shock Hill subdivision. You can walk from the chalet to the mid-station Shock Hill gondola stop in 6 minutes and there are Nordic trails right off the back of the home. The main living level has an open floor plan, a wood-burning fireplace, and views of Peak 8. The expansive deck off the living area has a gas grill. On the top level, the king-bedded master bedroom suite has a fireplace and private deck with 2-person private hot tub. A second larger hot tub is located on the lower level patio. Also on the lower level is a den with fireplace, theater room, a second kitchen, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-bay heated garage round out this beautiful home’s amenities.

Grand Vista Lodge

Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge’s 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths are spread over 5,000 square feet. With a modern mountain design offering the height of sophistication, guests will love the open floor plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and stunning views of Breckenridge and Baldy Mountain from floor-to-ceiling windows. The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.
